Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping: $10 (for orders under $80)

• Free Shipping: for orders $80 and over

Delivery Timeframes:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for standard delivery within New Zealand. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Public Holidays & Weekends:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
